Great services as always. The rooms are immaculate and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are cleaned twice a day which is surprising as most hotels only clean the rooms once day or sometimes even once a week. Great and very hospitable. When visiting Shangla I always stay at the this hotel due to the great service provided.
